You can also use a "Morph Cut" transition between the drawing and the footage instead of Flash depending upon your video storyline if it's calm then you should go ahed with flash or cross-dissolve, play with the morph cut, you'll have some grate results!

This effect is so cool! I had to use it on my latest project. It turned out really good also, but the images I used gave me more trouble than yours. I had to really work with scaling and rotation to get them to look correct. Another great idea Nathan!
