Assalam O Alaikum. There is a little mistake.See video at 13:32.In above equation Sir you cancel the T with T. But after that you continue to write T .Instead there should be ∆S/R but you write ∆S/RT. Overall lecture was Good.

I have a doubt.... Didn't you cross out T from numerator T∆S and denominator RT , then how did you write ∆S /RT again in next step?

No both are diffrent transition state Is formed in ekementry rxns but intermdates are formed in multistep rxns ,,intermediates are always more than one in number in a rxn ,,,,intermediates are always formed between two transition states their energy is always less then transition state
