Which exercises and moves do you think are necessary to learn before learning flares?Plzz reply as strength part is very important while learning flares...

Actually there are plenty of examples of people who just learned flares without any exercises. But actually it will be helpful for you to learn clean and fluid windmill and basic one-legged swipes. Also strengthen your core with simple things as flags etc. the main thing in flare is that you should do as many repetitions as possible and work on flare in every practice!

Well this video was dissapointing. In the example part ''If you add a spin it's more interesting'' he doesn't even do the move. On itself the move wasn't anything to add to atleast my breaking arsenal because it's just a back rock -> roll into a windmill. I wouldn't even teach this to my students because it seems to be something that's just so self-explanatory
