I didn't know when people threw kicks or punches, they put their full body into them. Allowing you to grab their arm or trip them

Is there a way to disarm a firearm using systema?...I would think it as a good topic to learn when he or she is in a scenario of being held at gunpoint...Love the tutorial Alex ❤️✌️

No, not a practical one. These videos don't help you actually protect yourself

another gem in self defence teaching :) if a drowning man will clutch at a straw so maybe that it's good idea for a thrown man to clutch a throwing man , thanks a lot

You do not need a teacher. You need a good partner, who is willing to train honestly. Practice the principles in these videos. Practice your low-altitude acrobatics. Practice your breath. If you are new, it is a good idea to breathe audibly, so that you are more aware of your breathing. In through the nose, out through the mouth. Stay relaxed.
