This is the perfect addition to my game, I've recently been playing with attacking armbars from the back, but I never thought of going back to the back. Great video, Lachlan is always such a good teacher.

Professor Giles, your videos are amazing! When doing a rear naked choke you have recommended to fall to your underhooking arm side (rather than your choking arm side). Other instructors recommend to fall to the choking arm side. Can you please do a short video clip highlighting the advantages and disadvantages of both? Thank you!
