I was sick and missed almost a whole month of class and my professor told me to study these concepts for the next test. This helps a lot. And then I’m going to read the text book so that i get it even more. Thanks =]

For rotation ( turn ) : 270 deg. clockwise or 90 deg. counter clockwise, a) suppose (x. y) is from quadrant 1 ; if you turn it to 270 deg. clockwise , it will be landed to quadrant 3, thus ( x, y ) will change to ( - x , y ) b) and if you turn it to 90 deg. counter clockwise, it will be landed as well to quadrant 1 , thus (x, y) to (-x , y ).
