TransLink buses look great in the blue and yellow!

I do dig the blue and yellow scheme. It does look quite good.

They are Brisbane Transport buses. Private company’s are green and white. TransLink doesn’t own the buses. The yellow and blue and white are owned by the Brisbane City Council.

Greetings from Vancouver! Our transport authority is also called TransLink. Great collection you have here!

Sorry for the late reply, but greetings. Your TransLink are probably better than ours hahaha. And cheers. :)

Great Video! Love the extensive deatils about the buses that serve/go through the Cultural Centre busway station. Very informative - suitable for bus and transport enthusiasts as well as tourists and the like. Love the variety of buses. That CityGlider livery on Volgren Optimus E2829 looks stunning at 2:35. The regular TransLink livery also looks stunning. Very atmospheric lighting as well. Overall, amazing video. :)

Thanks man. :) Very appreciated. I do quite like the blue CityGlider livery. I'm a bit upset that I didn't get the Pride Glider, but I've got a fair number of pics of that bus already.

Sorry for such late reply. No worries. Yeah, it is quite a classic and eye catching livery. Hope you get to film the Pride Glider soon. Although, I'd say the numerous pics you have of the Pride Glider make up for not seeing it when you filmed this video. :)

THIS is the biggest screw-up in the whole bus network, come peak time busses line right across the bridge, so what they do get rid of car traffic

Agreed, and whenever an issue arises, most times out of 10, it's at Cultural Centre, and that causes massive delays. A lot of the bus routes that go through Cultural Centre should be re-routed to go via the Captain Cook Bridge instead. Removing car traffic didn't make sense to me, as it posed no real issue, and could've been used when delays were happening.

@@iwenttobunnings7868 Because they got rid of Victoria Bridge I have to go over story bridge(close to motorway horror) or William Jolly(50cc) YET in the same river stretch there will be SEVEN pedestrian crossing(not include ferries)... I been saying they should just tear bus stop up, western routs stop in Grey St, westend stop just past SE busway & just after grey st(under railway)SE busway services. it possibly the stop with the must routs there, spred them out, not that hard...

@@paulwilliams5208 Dunno if I'd go that far, but I would certainly re-instate cars over the Vic Bridge. Although if you really want my opinion, the layout of Brisbane is complete dogsh*t, especially compared to other cities such as Sydney, Melbourne and even Perth. I'd tear up every road, highway, busway and railway track and start again.

@@iwenttobunnings7868 I don't think there is anther bus stop in Brisbane(maybe even Australia) that has as many or more bus routes stopping (remember places like Chermside & Garden city don't count as they have multiple "stands")
