What I really love about this is it gives you a clear view of the torture the oil goes through being picked up and flung around by the internals. Not to mention giving you a good visual on how most engines are designed to control the way the oil is flung around to ensure that the assemblies that need the oil get it.

Jestem pod wrażeniem , że grono pasjonatów, niezależnie od wieku poświęca tyle swojego czasu i energii dla tych bardzo udanych Simsonów. Dzięki tej obudowie można przyjrzeć się pracy poszczególnych elementów. 3 tyg. temu kupiliśmy z synkiem za kase po komunii (Simson dla niego, przesiadka z motorynki ale na razie jazda po placu), Simsona S51 Enduro 4 bieg. 1989 przerobionego na 70-tkę MZA. Parę rzeczy trzeba w nim dopracować i z miłą chęcią się tym zajmę. Oferta części jest rewelacyjna. Miałem kiedyś za dzieciaka skutera SR50 4 bieg. 1989, wiśniowy proszkowy lakier, kupiony już w kapitalizmie, chyba w 1992 i pamiętam jak nie spałem po nocach i chodziłem koło niego ze szmatką. Przesiadałem się także z motorynki. Brat i tata ujeżdżają SHL, Gazela, WSK oraz Junaka. Pozdrawiam wszystkich fanów 2T.

The gears connecting shaft and clutch, and the clutch itself spinning, act as a pump to throw oil around. It could be even cooler if the gearbox could be visible from the outside.

It's oil, but technically, it's transmission fluid. The main and rod bearings are lubricated by oil either mixed or injected into the fuel, there is no "engine oil sump", per se, like a four stroke.

Yes! with 60km/h! every other have only 45km/h. from the covement are the rule in Germany! This is why everbody will a Simson, and real speed is 70Km/h! with out tuning!! with small tuning it runs 90Km/h! The version with out tuning runs 30.000Km. with out any reversion from the machine! bad is every body nows this and the price for the bike goes up! 1200-2500€ must pay for a good one ! What kickstand? I'm not sure if im missing it- But the silver lever next to the shifter is the kickstarter. He uses it at 0:50

Marx you now?) there have problems to buy iron and other material from other countrys! you need to make a motor bike! and for all this problems,there make a very good machine for 30000Km. with out a machine reversion, and for a 50ccm bike its a very long distance for riding with out big problems!
