Transparent Foils: Tips & Tricks to becoming a pro!

Transparent metallic foils can be a little different to work with than our regular metallic foils. Today I am going to show you some easy tips & tricks to make you a pro at working with them.

Do you cover the book mark with anything like clear coat

Yes, all foils need to be protected and just about any water based topcoat will work.

Thank you. I have found that if you put the wrong side of foil down, it does not stick so I pulled the foil off and turned it over and it stuck

Yes, it can be hard to tell with the transparent foils. 💖

Do you place them only on dark surfaces, or colored surfaces? Thank you I love the foils

You can use them on any color surface, but many of the foils look best over a darker color :)

Is the paper that you're rubbing it on have some sort of glue or stickiness to it

No, we applied our foil adhesive to the surface first.
