Nice! I never thought of wiring an exact-o-blade to my sauntering iron before! That's a fun and very useful tip... and will keep you from ruining the tip of the iron lol. Great work.

I am honestly amazed right now. Minimal pressure loss, no leaks, nothing exploded or fell apart. You are the hot glue Goddess!

What is the lowest RPM need to pull the water??
@hellothere13284 жыл бұрын
zikri lizam you also need to consider the torque, because even at high rpm, the motor won’t function well if it has low torque. The higher the rpm, the lower the torque will be, meaning the acceleration will be worse if the rpm is high

Is the water coming from outlet is due to the pushing by the blades or anything science behind that ?
@A_Beached_Whale4 жыл бұрын
Kancharla Devendranath reddy yeah, the blades create a difference of air pressure towards the outlet, and the only way for that pressure to be relieved is from the inlet pipe. Sorta like when you fan yourself with your hands or whatever, it blows air towards you because the circular motion of your hand lowers air pressure in a kind of gradient. Since it’s in a circular movement there’s pretty much one direction the air can flow towards, which is from your wrist to your fingertips.

@@A_Beached_Whale seems like u have good understanding of differential pressure concept. I wanna make my own water pump even though i know all these concepts but still my pump won't create vacuum and neither it would pull up water until u submerge it completely. I just wanna which impeller is best curved vein or straight vein. In my pump curves vein had much better performance. One more question does the amount of air that this water pump blows out depends upon size of pump chamber? Considering same motor and same power supply. Which one would create more vacuum pump with bigger chamber or pump with smaller chamber?

@omarrama923 жыл бұрын
I really like it, you can make the impeller assembly from a different colored material so you can see it easier, And next time, use a bigger motor and seal everything better especially the inlet, cuz the pump never fully primed meaning there was air leaking in the system which you could see that the inlet wasn't fully sealed to the housing, not only the water may leak, the pump efficiency drops a lot.
