Getting my shot the 8th. Very nervous about a bad reaction, or something happening to the kidney. 8 years in, creat 1.2 so many ups and downs, 10 biopsies 6 acute rejections, you know what comes after that. Hoping good health and covid protection going forward.

Woww I completely understand how you feel! Had the same things happen to as well. Had my second jab 3 days ago - will release the video soon! What I can tell you though bud is my bloods have been absolutely fine and there's been no negative affect to my kidney at all after the jab. Take care 💜

I had my second vaccine Thursday didn’t feel a thing no side effects first or second. Had my transplant 17 years 1st April. What I would like to know is what is % of cover do we get somewhere I read 50% better than nothing but hope that’s not correct.

What vaccine is available where you live? In the UK, no-one under the age of 30 is allowed the Oxford Astrazeneca vaccine because of the risk of blood clots

No vaccine has been tested enough to definitely say it will defeat the different covid varient. Hopefully more studies will be done soon and we can learn as much as possible in the next few months 🤞🏽

Sir, after my 3 months completion of my transplant I am realizing now that there is something vessel like thing I can feel on my abdomen above where my new kidney is placed ... is it safe...??? Please reply

Is it painful when you touch it? I've never heard of anything like this before. I sometimes feel odd sensations around my kidney where the nerves were cut during the operation but its never been too serious

@@TransplantFitness one more thing Sir, I have a dj Stent pipe inside & it's been already 3 months now. Earlier the doctor were told me to remove the stent by 3 months, but now the doctor is asking to extent it for 1 or 2 more months due to massive increases in covid cases.. Sir, whether the extensions of my Stent removal will be safe for my body or there will be any complications or troubles later on.???

Hello, did you wait 15 minutes before leaving after your jab and which one did you have?

No I literally left straight away. They asked me how I was getting home, I told them my wife was driving me and they let me go straight away. I was surprised by this as well because even after my flu jab I'm asked to wait 30mins before leaving.

They had a “ Recovery Room” for us at Salford, I waited less than 5 minutes as there was staff and other members of public getting vaccinated when I was so as a Transplant patient I didn’t want to be in close proximity to to many others. I never had any issues whatsoever afterwards, my arm was fine, same when I have the flu jab which I’ve been having since it started. Sorry to hear you had problems mate, let’s hope it’s just a one off. I got my appointment for my second dose as I booked in for the first, 12 weeks later which I wasn’t too happy about but now they are suggesting 12 weeks is about right instead of the 4-6 weeks originally stated. P.S. I had the Pfizer Vaccine Glad to see you back at it with the videos Mark, you seemed to have disappeared from Instagram.
