13:06 NCERT'S STATEMENT Diffusion is obvious in gases and liquids, but diffusion IN SOLIDS rather than OF SOLIDS is more likely. But, you said its reverse. It's explained like We haven't seen the diffusion of chalk but diffusion of colour in chalk is obvious.
