I don't really understand what you mean 'by check it is water' and 'remove from beaker to introduce bubbles' when describing the potometer

he means that you must remove the delivery tube a little bit to get air in it then immediately get it into the beaker so that you get an air bubble which wii move through capillary tube during transpiration you are welcome😁
