Transportation Museum wants to save James Whalen Tug

VIA Blue & Yellow train I've been saying for 6 or 7 years now they should open up the train to the public to see all the history behind it, like how the train was founded by whom, what was it used for , what year was last train ride, I like to go inside it see the historic things, like articles whatever they can find, I really hope they open it up to the public in the future.
