It sometimes happens to me too. In Kuurne my grandma & i went into an elevator & when it went up or down, it said "ho".

When the lifts act up 4:49 lift temporarily out of service 7:35 lift door repeatedly opening and shutting 16:10 lift going into nudge mode all the time 22:47 lift repeatedly banging the wall 23:42 lift banging breaking safety 24:57 lift banging breaking safety again

15:00 That's not acting up its just how it's been programmed. Same as 34:43 that's not acting up its switched off you can even see a part of the door operator on the cab floor. All the others you mention are actually acting up.
