Hey, I have just bought a 2020 plate crafter and it's the trend line. When driving home I had the phone connected to the van through the USB up on the dash top rhs. But ever 8-10 mind the Google maps kept kicking odd the screen. Any ideas what's happening. Thank you. This device is class tho 😜👍🏼

Hello. Try SCR (skipton car radio) they do a few versions that will work.

So I’ve already got wireless CarPlay in the 6.1, but the volume is terrible!! Can anything be done about it? My old T6 used to have a banging system via Bluetooth, I’m actually disappointed with the newer one

I’m told there is a factory update for the genuine stereos. It might be worth speaking to your VW dealer.

Ask your dealer to install the firmware from a Golf. It solves all the annoying glitches in the stock head unit in the T6.1 Listers VW commercial in Droitwich did mine.
