Very useful Kenny, I love how many of these features and effects are built into Reaper.

I often put my JS 16 MIDI Pads remapper as input FX for using my drumpad 😉

Awesome stuff! Is there a feature that can can transpose audio input sorta like this? Like if I'm playing guitar and want to transpose while I play

The input transpose knob should be an in built feature for midi tracks like other daws. Maybe you can recommend them ?

Reaper has no "Midi track". In Reaper a track is a track, so that's probably why there's no such feature. I find it pretty easy to just put a jsfx to transpose, so I don't think there's the need to do that🤷🏻

I love your tutorials, but you repeat yourself so much that it tends to get annoying. This video could have been around 90 sec long instead of 10 min. Thanks for your work though.

I don't usually find him overly repetitive, but for this video you're absolutely right😅

Consider the audience. This goes along with the first MIDI sequence series.

@@jbognap I understand that but @scb1620 still has a point. Even for a beginner I think from 3:10 to 4:26 and from 4:47 to 5:45 it's just Kenny repeating himself (and even when he plays the music from 0:10 to 0:41 if we want to be picky, it serves no purpose for the video) so there are like 2m45s of "useless information" (almost 1/3 of the entire video, intro and outro included). BTW I'm not hating on Kenny, I'm subscribed to his channel, I watch all his videos even if I already know the topic because it often happens that he finds some hidden gem and mentions some feature that I'm not aware of. As I said, usually I don't find Kenny overly repetitive, but for this particular video I agree with @scb1620, but it's not a big deal: Usually I just watch Kenny's videos in 2x, because he has a slow pace (which is a good thing for people that are not fluent in english!👌🏻), and it works well because Kenny has very good intelligibility and his pauses are helpful even in 2x!
