Poor woman! I can’t imagine missing out on all the richness in life provided by sound. Thank you for helping her live her best life! Also, I’ve seen ear canals collapse before, but nothing like this one. It was like a clam closing - or maybe a Venus Flytrap!

Grommets are used to aid ear infections. And her chronic infection must be so uncomfortable. Isn't there a plug for her eardrums? To control the draining, and exclude any matter entering the middle ear?

Wow i have never seen an ear canal shit like that!! That poor lady having 2 failed ear surgeries. I don't know about England's national health care system -- in the United States we can shop around for the best doctor, although the government wants to go to a national care system. I think that would be mistake
