Just got a massage table for my wife and I. Wish it was on our wedding gift list nearly seven years ago!! Thanks for the teachings, my wife asks for more neck/trap work than any other body part

Also, I think a video describing what to look for and how to detect problematic tissues, like the feeling, the reaction, what tender/tender tissue feels like in the hands of the therapist, would be really cool!

Oil or no oil when doing this work

Use oil for a smooth glide. If you go to squeeze the traps after warming and keep slipping off, just wipe off some of the oil or wrap the sheet around the tissue and you won't slide off.
