I'm in AP Calc AB, and I went from failing my first test (a 58 *cringe*) to getting the 3rd highest grade on my midterm (a 98 after a 15 point curve). Thank you so much you are a lifesaver!!

33:55: I think the beginning of Simpson's Rule should say (b-a)/(3n). Thanks for your videos.

I thought I was the only one who had noticed that error

+Allen Ogoti Thanks for pointing out my copy error. You and Alondra are absolutely correct. My video notes were written correctly so the answer is 20, but the formula is incorrectly copied on the board. I will make an annotation correction and post a new lesson with a permanent correction so user of iPads and iPhones will see it with Flash:) Thanks for watching all the way to the end and your help!!!

+Allen Ogoti You have all of my best wishes on your final exam. You are going to ace that exam and graduate like BAM!!! I teach high school AP Calculus and we spend a lot of time going over old AP exams and practice problems. So I would say take as many practice exams you can find. If none are available work through chapter review practice tests or redo the tests you took during the semester. Just keep practicing:D

I hope the deadline or time limit has been abolished and now you wouldn't need to be in a haste.Your videos with a longer time are much more enjoyable,understandable and knowledgeable:)(:

M A Fahim THANK YOU...yes, in the beginning I had a 15 minute time limit but I also never dreamed that I would still be making videos almost 4 years later, when I made the first ones just to help one of my students:)

Thank you sir. What reference book is good for this topic ?

on your table example I believe there is an error because it should be 2(3.317) instead of 2(3.17)

Is this still high school maths for americans? Or are we over to the uni/college level now?
@profrobbob7 жыл бұрын
Some students take this in high school thru AP courses...otherwise it is college level work.

But I like yours and khan academy. I just sometimes wish you'd be a bit more concise. My apologies.

Wow! You're dead wrong and you're not going to take much away from mathematics unless you understand the underlying reason for the rules--not just following the rules. There are alot of other teachers on youtube, but i choose this guy over the others because he does provide those explanations.
