you really should have multiple vehicles. weight is what causes increased fuel consumption. so you really need a lightweight exploration vehicle. keep the existing one as your harvester and transport vehicle and make a much smaller and lighter one for exploring.

Use a controller, some pistons to reach out to the cage and bearings to make a claw to grab the cages. You will need a switch so it will cycle all the way to the end. Make sure during the conroller programming you recall the pistons and the claws stays closed. If done right you don't even have to exit your vehicle to get a cage.

@@aarepelaa1142 even easier is to just create a Y bar scoop type thing on the front of vehicle, kinda like the shape of an american football goal, drive into the guy slowly then close the tips off so he's trapped inside.. then you can just drive and he basically rolls like a ball inside that contraption.. takes 20 wood blocks max. No need for a cage

Z1 is you have trouble finding the caged farmers try going down the paved roads and look for some dirt paths which are connected to the road. They lead you strait to the caged farmers

you do realize you can just drive your vehicle into the red taped off zone and the crates will get sucked off without any damage done to your vehicle right ? no need to take the crates off one by one each and every time.

You should engineer a vehicle with a 3 pronged claw on the front. Something along the lines of a fork lift in a sense. That way, instead of whacking the dude onto your vehicle, the vehicle can grab the dude and transport him where you need to.

I’m sure you will be attempting the warehouse soon. Be careful. You need lots of potatoes for ammo. You also need a bunch of food and milk. You are going to spend a lot of time there. Don’t bother bringing blocks to build with. Leave them out by your car. I watched scrap man’s videos of the warehouse. He had to bring about 500 ammo to not worry about running out.

I spent 5 hours and I couldn't get him to the trader and in the prosses a weird robot shot a potato on my seat so I couldn't drive home and I was millions of miles away from my house so I had to make a new survival world. I basically just lost 25 hours of my life

I have a 50 plot farm that gets huge attacks but I have never seen a red bot. the most I ever fought was 9 hay bots 5 greenies and 2 tape bots

farmbots hate light and are afraid of saw blades, so you can steer them in certain directions, for example into a trap. and you can use the heads of the little bots as a free barrier

For the caged farmer, could you move your vehicle right up to it (front or back), leave the caged guy on the ground but build a cage around him attached to your vehicle and just roll him home? (Push or pull behind)

Z1 the way to get batteries is you kill the tape bots if you hit them in the head with spuds it kills them in one hit

Are there ramps in this game? Because if you raise your farm off of the ground and make some sort of a ditch all around it with ramps leading up to the edge of the ditch, then maybe you could have saws at the bottom and have a seat somewhere to activate the saws, making it a killing ditch

You should only hit your crops when harvesting. You get seeds and the fruit/veggie back when you hammer them instead of collecting

Still gotta watch the remainder of this episode ;-) But, more dudes can be found just across the lake from your base. Literally cross it, go into the area where there's also a lot of cotton flowers and run around, found 3 camps in there (might be more, inventory full).

I've managed a lift for my car. You put the pistons down and connect them all at once with blocks, then you can remove the excess blocks and extend as needed. For lifting the car I built n extruded section that sits between the wheels.

So far I only stay up to round 3 and it only spawns the tiny and the farm bots. I dont know what's gonna come after cause I havent try it. And another thing. You need to move your crops near the ocean. Bots wont come by the side the water is so they only come from one side. It's better than having then coming from all directions.
