If this ever gets a part 2, I could see it where the vampiress comes to visit. The two being close, and rumors say that the lord has a secret lover despite who sneaks in and out at night, but the two aren't physically intimate. It could start off with her waiting for the listener in their private chamber, both to surprise them and to discuss things. She'd bring up some of the rumors about them and might joke about it.
