Yes, 2017 was when I discovered you. I’ve listened to so many of your uploads and have travelled so many miles since then with you around Japan on the blazebus... I’ve probably listened to your stuff more than anyone aside from you. Ryan, I hope you read this. I discovered you in 2017 (TIJ1, TIJ2). Those were my golden years in which I have recovered from depression and have been reborn. After a troubled youth I gratuated from high school, then started a new life in berlin as a student. Had to drop out because I had to deal with the depression. Took two years off working as a bartender and doing other jobs as a cashier etc. I processed all the bs from the past, learnt to appreciate and love life. Ultimately, I became a functioning human being. I had my first summer romance, went on trying out martial arts and met my now best friends and fianceé. Endulged myself in street art and hip hop, worked on my math skills. I re-enrolled in uni, and this year I will graduate in biotechnolgy. After figuring out what I want to become in the future, I now enrolled in my second bachelor program for chemistry, following my passion. I have listened to your music throughout this very meaningful years of mine. And now a TIJ2017? A TIJ I have been dreaming and hoping of a while ago since COVID? I'm tripping. Your music not only is art but also has been unexpected therapy for me. I treasure your music up to this day and will forever do so. Thank you so much, bro.Keep up the godlike work. @@JokRKidd it's great and totally worth doing. Brush up on some basic Japanese and have Google translate ready. As long as you have cell signal doing anything is really easy. The country is very accessible. Go to the seedy bars and do stuff off the beaten path. If you do go to Tokyo go to Golden gai.
