Yes! People need to be more mindful of common thoughtfulness when it comes to food especially when around children. Those experiences shape our relationship with food for years to come. I’m naturally a fast eater because in my house growing up with hungry siblings, if you didn’t eat fast enough then you didn’t get the food you wanted to fill you up. I’ve recently had to teach myself to slow down when eating to really enjoy good food and company:). Coming out of a scarce mindset is so liberating. Love you Lex 💕 your stories are amazing!
