Trapping rabbits and what bait to use!!!!

trying to trap a rabbit eating my garden crop, using a live trap ,corn and rabbit lure.

Nice To many Owls, and Mexican Eagles has Ate all of our rabbits up. Along with Foxes and things. My Neighbor raises Hoot Owls, he heee THERE HUGE.. They all ready ate up all there chickens 🤣

Good luck, hope it works out for you. Sometimes it takes them a few nights to get use of the trap so don't give up to quick.

They love the chicken pellets, I catch at least 8 to 10 in the spring around my garden so I just relocate them , they love to eat the young corn plants and other plants in the garden, they cut them to the ground. lol

The wild rabbits here in the Mojave love my potato plants. Totally decimated them.

what kind of food can i use in my trap that will not attract squirrels or skunks but will def bring in the rabbits? btw i am not on a farm so i am only able to get stuff from the grocery store do you suggest apples or carrots or lettuce, cucumbers? i even tried strawberry but have not caught anything yet and the roaches and ants etc are eating the bait

You can try carrots and lettuce, but if you could order the rabbit bait sent from Amazon that would help.

This is not the way to catch rabbits. KZbin discount Pest control we show how you how trap them properly. We actually make the cages and use them 37 year's in Pest control

It works very well in the garden. If you use the proper bait, it may not be the pest control away, but it gets it done. I also use wooden box traps on the trails in the field. They seem to work very well also, thanks for watching. have a blessed day.
