Sorry to burst your bubble, but Java runs on JVM, which runs Java bytecode. Maybe you can do it by abusing JIT compiler of JVM (whatever that is), or you can use JNI (but you also need to use C/C++ with long Java_com_xxx and reflection-oriented mess, try to convert any functional Java code into JNI *without referencing any compiled/bytecoded form of it* ) Also, every OS has different APIs, so crossplatform "viruses" are out of consideration.

Reminds me when I wrote a crappy trojan in batch script. Mine actually did damage though by disabling a bunch of Windows features with group policy by extracting a .reg file from its body and running regedit silently. I don't know why someone would think that a .bat file was similar to a .exe file when they are obviously different formats, nor would I upload anything I make to the internet for cheap fame. I'm not an expert, but I can write better batch scripts than most of the samples you've tested here. Many of these "samples" were created by people who probably only know like one command in the whole language. Also, if one is going to write any script, they should test it in a virtual machine.

Then it outputs an empty line to the screen. And exits immediately. So even if you renamed that .exe file to a .bat, it actually wouldn't do anything to your computer.
