The amount of trash accumulated in that apartment didn't happen in a month, that's been going on for a long time. I think Grace was probably too ashamed to admit that she was living like that so she made up a story about a bad friend destroying her apartment. In any event, Auri and her team did an amazing job helping this woman get back on track. Hopefully she's in therapy getting the help she needs to avoid this situation again in a few years. Auri, you are an angel, truly.

I'm not saying you're wrong BUT a few years ago our car was stolen and the thieves lived in it. It was recovered 48 hours later, COMPLETELY unrecognizable. Fortunately the police cleaned out all the random stolen crap that had piled up, and insurance covered a complete detailing (that took several days) but a couple of drug dependant people with questionable hygiene can do a lot of damage in a VERY short town.

No matter how the apartment got in this terrible state. (I'm sure we all have an opinion on this). The beautiful thing about Aurikatariina is that she doesn't judge, just cleans and helps. Because of Auri and her example, I have asked for and gotten help from several people with my own home. I had an occupational therapist helping me with the excess clutter, a friend moving stuff to different places, other friends helped with drilling stuff in their place, I have donated, thrown in the bin and sold stuff. I also hired professional cleaners to help me monthly with maintaining cleanliness and clarity. It's beginning to look good and pretty again. It was very difficult to ask for help and I tried to do it all by myself for years. Now I have finally admitted to myself that I can't do everything alone.

When I broke multiple ribs and my foot I did not take out my trash (sorry TRASHES) for over a month... other than bio trash bc they would have got rotten and smelly and invite flies and the bags were always very small. All else tho, I got absolutely horrified how many trashbags were on my balcony. Luckily in Finland we have the option to recycle absolutely everything so very little went to land fill but it horrified me to think most countries in the world you canno't easily recycle almost anything. The plastic, metal, cardbiard paper bio waste, glass..... the amounts was horrid. Every country should have recycling centers at every house like we do.

I was professional cleaning house in Japan until last year. If the toilet is very dirty, drain the water from the toilet and then use an acidic detergent. For deep stains like this, the detergent will be less effective if there is water. You can get a beautiful finish very quickly by lifting the dirt, letting the water run, then draining the water again and polishing with an acidic detergent and scrubbing detergent. When using an acidic detergent and polishing with a scrubbing detergent, be careful about the ingredients of the cleaning agent. However, it can be made very beautiful in a short amount of time.

Like you I am in a lot of pain due to several back surgeries. I am now retired and set aside certain days of the week to clean (one week Tuesday & Thursday, next week Monday Wednesday Friday), and use an alarm to clean for 2 hours. If I get tired I stop for a few minutes to stretch and drink herbal ice tea to hydrate; that seems to help. I have never let my home look like Aurikatariina's followers but my developmentally disabled nephew does. I spend 2-3 days cleaning his apartment so he feels better about his living environment. He helps for about 30 minutes picking up his clothes off the floor and put into separate bags (white or dark washes). His ADHD overwhelms him so I will send him to the laundromat while I clean the apartment; he does a pretty good job washing his clothes because he likes looking good. He is in therapy for multiple issues but keeping a clean apartment has always been an issue.

You did a wonderful job, Auri. I personally think that there were no friends staying there for a month. I believe that maybe the woman that's renting the place, stayed there with her Mom, and became depressed after her Mom's death, and stopped cleaning, because if you'll notice, the dirty mattress was rolled up just enough for 1 person to sleep. So I feel that what we just watched, Auri clean 2 years of trash build up, since it's been 2 years since the woman's Mom has passed. I also believe that she really had no help with the trash in her bedroom, because she closed herself off to the outside world, that's why she was known to the boy in the hallway, as the smelly old lady. Another reason I believe she had no help with the trash in left in her bedroom- when Auri read her 1st response letter to Auri's about the trash, she said she had help, but in the 2nd response letter, she said that she didn't have help but that it's ok. The reason I think that she had no help is because she has no friends, and the reason I believe that she said that it's okay for the trash being in her bedroom is because it's better than it was, she was living in pure filth. So hopefully she will begin to have better personal hygiene, make friends, and one day actually have them help her.

It is in Canada. He will come a crossed the mainland. He will start in a little highway and then you work your way. It is a boat your truck and go on it and then you go to a place called deer Island. You should see a red and blue house with a barn and the swing and a broken playground and I will be waiting in the barn. Tell me what day you can make it but if you can’t make it it’s OK.

Lol, you know we love it when you say “trashes “
@rakelbmarkaosdaughter7244 Жыл бұрын
Me too! I think other ppl told her that because for awhile she said “trash” then went back to trashes! I think it’s cute☺️. Auri tries so hard when it comes to English.

Hi Auri I can’t believe that I am going to give you a tip on cleaning Especially as I have taken lots of yours on board. I even do the heart with dish soap as I clean my shower 🚿 My tip is To empty the toilet of water and dry before putting acid on it I have cleaned friends toilets with a build up of limescale and this method works a treat Worth a try maybe ?
@Lols675 Жыл бұрын
If you use strong acid like HCl never do that, always put it in water, because it releases heat when you put it first and it is dangerous.
@suebritton6660 Жыл бұрын
@@Lols675 There is no heat in the toilet It works very well

Hi Aurikatarina, love your videos and your passion! I’m an English teacher and I just wanted to let you know about your use of “trashes”. You say “so many trashes”. In English trash (US) / rubbish (UK) is an uncountable noun so we have to say “trash”. To count an uncountable noun we can say “so much trash” or “ there is so much trash”. You have great English I just wanted to let you know. Much love.

Ah, yes, one of the few channels that truly asks for no judgement and the comments are full of people saying they don't believe the poor woman and calling her a liar and such. That's not wanted here. Auri is a kind soul who goes out of her way to help others. That's the takeaway here. Stop shaming a woman for reaching out. This is the EXACT reason most don't is they don't want the judgement.
@rakelbmarkaosdaughter7244 Жыл бұрын
She’s still a liar. That is not judgment. It is what it is. She lied and is probably not getting help with her mental illness. It’s like putting a bandaid on a bullet wound- it’s not helping. Auri knew she was lying. Why would she label the first video “Who is responsible?” She also mentioned in the second video the neighbor asked if she was helping the “smelly woman”. Grace alleged she had friends stay at her apartment when she was on a business trip. Yeah OK. A blind person can see the writing on the walls- Grace is a liar, liar pants on 🔥. This not shame. Continuing to let her lie is the reason Grace is the smelly woman in her apartment building and not getting help.

We're judging because THE LEAST Auri deserves is honesty. This woman knows that she wasn't going to appear in the video, that Auri wasn't going to give a physical description, not even give her real name. She never even mentions the city she's in, just the country. It's basically impossible to identify these people, and that's fundamental. There were cases where the owner didn't even want to meet Auri out of embarrassment. But at least they respected her enough to be honest. We've never judged any of these people for the way they lived or their struggles. But now we're pissed at the unnecessary dishonesty and disrespect toward Auri. I hope I spelled it out for you clearly enough.

It's the Internet, @aphelion4616. There is no penalty for stupidity. There are people who enjoy and appreciate selfless acts of kindness and giving without asking anything in return. And then…there are the stupid people like those who seek to justify their stupidity with the answers you see here.
@rakelbmarkaosdaughter7244 Жыл бұрын
@@GuyWithTheDogs I’m glad you are honest and know exactly how you sound. Auri says to like, comment and subscribe. Comment means to comment what you want- good or bad. Have a great day!
