One of my close friends had the same drug type thing going on like juice, but all that way earlier (at age 14). I always told her to deal with her problems, drugs are only making it worse. Just like Jarad, she knew that she was going to die one day if she would've continued to consume drugs. At the time of Jarad's passing, she was trying to turn her life around by going through therapy. Today, she's clean. She says i was the one who saved her, by always being close and giving advice to her. But the real lifesaver is Juice. He's the man that showed her what drugs can do to your life. it's such a shame Jarad didn't make it, he'll be always loved. And now, if you're addicted to any kind of drug, stop ruining your life and start working on your mental health by facing your problems. I don't know what you're going through but believe in yourself. You will make it out of this hole and have a great life, all you gotta do is get help. for all the others that see this comment, have a good day, enjoy your time on this planet. #9994L

Same… except not “almost physically hurt…” I actually feel genuine sadness/hurt/pain when he says “it’s tearing me to pieces.” We can also hear the genuine hurt/pain/sadness in his voice when he sings it. When you combine this ^ and how Juice intimately and honestly shared his experience and feelings regarding his battle with drugs… and the fact that he ultimately died from it… it just hurts, and it’s tearing me to pieces he’s no longer with us. I have to admit I never listened to Juice WRLD before this album dropped. Knowing what happened to him makes this music chilling. He was telling everyone in this entire album in every song that he was not ok. I think some of the best poetry, art, and music come from pain. I think that's because it is so real and raw and we can all feel the emotion in the art.

Yo juice literally helped me more then anyone when I kept trying to stop vaping. My whole family was disappointed and I got suspended from school and shit. I know vaping nothing compared the percs but I couldn’t stop especially cause my friends did it too. And the line in this song was literally me I really wanted to stop but I couldn’t. But Juice’s cry’s for help made me realize if I don’t stop it’s gonna lead to other things and they I would be stuck forever. So I ditched my friends that did it and haven’t done it for 10 months.
