Just joined your youtube, since no one else mentioned it...Sambo's was a restaurant chain established in the 50's and has had controversry due to its name, only one remains open but the name has been changed. There is a wiki article about the history Sambo's. The mug you found has an ebay "sold" value of $10-$15. When I was a child we had a local Sambo's this was right around the time the controversy over its name started, mid-70's.

Oh my goodness so many curbside finds! I was trash picking in the summer but it slowed way down the past few months. I should try my luck again. I just scored my first free blow mold out on the curb. It needs some repairs but finally got to check it off my bucket list 🤣
