it came out nice, but you were working too hard with the draw knife. If you wish to control the depth, consider putting the bevel down, you can roll the blade so that you can start exiting the cut rather than being forced deeper. Both sides of the blade are made to work, and you will find the bevel side can be the sweet spot, it just depends on the grain and how the wood is working, sometimes the flat side is the sweet side.
