Keep it as a momento of your 5th anniversary and your trip. You could print off a couple photos and put other stuff you picked up while there … put it in the pockets. Maybe even journal on some special paper. It’s so very beautiful ❤I love it!!!

We're always told that there were no female artists, but Sofonisba and her sisters (the girls playing chess) were not alone in painting- there's Lavinia Fontana and her sister, Elisabetta Sirani, Artemisia Gentileschi in Italy, Catherina van Hemessen in the Netherlands and on the list goes... admired in their time and then written out of history. I'm so glad you celebrated Sofonisba. Such a lovely project

A gorgeous folio!! Donna Del Lago means Woman of the Lake. I have distant famous relatives on my father's side who were painters & writers Dante(1828-1882), Christina(1830-1894) & William(1829-1919) Rossetti.

Oh, I agree with you as the portrait is great art. In Washington, D.C. there is a museum devoted only to women artists, some of my favorites there are from the 14,15, and 16th centuries. National Museum of Women in the Arts .

Margareth you can use the hotglue gun to make wax seals,there are wax sticks for the glue gun ,but I use glitter glue stick to make faux wax seals
