In this video I share my personal experience of things that have been helpful for my trauma recovery, including not forcing the process and respecting my inner world, gently experimenting with embodiment and feeling safe in my body, addressing how what ingest (from social media to substances) impacts me, hobbies, my own therapy, and relational healing.
