Traumagenic vs. Endogenic DID systems

This is a controversial topic, and one that has methodically torn apart the online DID community over the last 10+ years. How do we heal from this? What needs to happen for the community to be at peace?

To add some extra consideration to this: an endogenic system may develop DID later if a traumatic event (past or present) causes them to experience dissociation that affects their system mechanics. It's happened to a few friends of ours. Also traumagenic DID doesnt develop solely in childhood, some may experience it later as traumatic events cause fracturing in the identity or a need for the development of other selves Its nice to see channels talk about other causes and models of multiplicity :)
