My father was in the 101st Airborne, 501st parachute infantry. He was in D-day, operation market garden, Battle of the Bulge. Made it back home, 2 purple 💜, bronze star two clusters. Great man and Patriot. He was from Sanger , Texas. 1921, passed to young in1966.

Where can somebody go to see WWII documentaries that are NOT blurred out? In an effort to not offend any oversensitive viewer, War Stories has become useless as a provider of unfiltered documentaries. You cannot understand the horrors of war unless you see the horrors of war. War Stories does a disservice to the younger generations by blurring out these documentaries.

amen. the only reason the bombing was done in japan at least was because a land attack would’ve killed much much more than just those two cities… and yes the sad fact is they were ordered to fight even the civilians were going to fight the us military. how sad that the bombs had to be dropped to show them that taking over the world would not be a good idea.
