Travel Cambodia UNPLUGGED | Day 2 (Siem Reap)

Travel Cambodia with me UNPLUGGED. No internet, no data, no planning. I'm taking it back to old-school backpacking. Today is day 2 and I'm wandering around Siem Reap looking for a map, which became way more difficult than I expected.

We were in Thailand last March and my fiance had the same symptoms as you. It was heat exhaustion. She had chills, fever, bloating, sinus, etc. She was down for two days. But staying in the air conditioning helped alot. We were doing a long walk to see a bunch of temples, and thats when it hit her. Hope you feel better!

@@MaddieTravel She also had a touch of bronchitis due to the smoke from forest fires and her slight asthma. So bad combo all around. Be safe and have fun! Vietnam is a very lovely country with great food and people. Cant wait to see you there!

Electrolytes are your friend. Go to 7-11 and keep hydrated. Not eating all day is also no good in extreme heat. Cool down in A/C now and again. Siesta. South East Asia is experiencing temperatures that have never been seen before. It is HOT.
