We live about an hour outside London (not too far from the Cotswolds), they live (together) in London. Off to Singapore and Bali (where I expect we'll meet a few Aussie's!) with them in a few weeks. More than a few villages in the Cotswolds… it’s a very large area, and there are a couple of towns and cities on the edge as well - Gloucester, Cirencester and Bradford-on-Avon.

Wensleydale is quite a sour cheese. It’s an acquired taste. I prefer a creamy blue Stilton (to die for), Somerset Brie or Godminster truffle cheddar, which are all outstanding. Also, certain Cornish cheddars are insanely delicious.

We use booking.com and always pick the one with the most reviews. You can read the reviews as well and people are very honest in them. But the more reviews the more legit. I hope this helps ☺️
