Hello, am in total appreciation of all the hardwork & effort you put into making these vids for the benefit of others 👍. Kudos Have a single ques myself. It looks like the EZ link card can be used for shopping, dining purposes too besides transportation. So, i guess the max SGD 500 deposit that can be added on the card has multi uses. Great to know❗ The ques here is *Can the topping up of the card with additional SGD be done at 7/11 stores as well❓ *will the balance be refunded when exiting SG even how much ever it may be❓ * Whr can the said refund be picked up❓ thx

As regards your first ques alone, my only guess is the cost of actual travel via MRT/ bus may work out to be the same irrespective of whether you pay via cash or use EZ link card. The advantage over using the latter is you avoid the queues to walk in directly to the MRT entrance. Waiting for the answer myself though, straight from the KZbinr herself.

@@humbertsoimetro8 Thanks for the reply.but i completed my travel. What i observed was 1-Niyo global card didn't work in the mrt/bus. It did work in all the other restaurants and shops. 2-the fare in bus or mrt if paid via ezlink card gets a 10% discount comparing with cash.

Yes. You can pay cash. But card is more convenient. Cash you should be carrying exact change.

Hi. Thank you. Forex cards can be used for MRT and buses etc. But for transport you can only use 1 card/person. We also went as a couple and we carried two niyo global cards.

If you observe the legend map, dotted lines are under construction. Direct MRT is not there to marina. You have to go to Tanah mera. Interchange and again interchange at city Hall to go to marina
