This looks very much like Gothenburg, Sweden. But if you take tram number 8 here you end up in a ghetto (Angered).

This route isn’t very scenic and doesn’t even go through city center unlike said in the description. This route shows a lot of areas just being built. The only somewhat ”scenic” is the Töölönlahti area.
