@jualkyn Oh yea, I agree with you. It should be part of majority of Asian culture but here in west part of Japan where has the strong Japanese old culture which was a capital of old Japan districts has very strict manner of how to eat Japanese cuisine. Usually Tokyo is known as the diversity place and many of good human resource place. But I have wondered why they don't care about hygiene If they know Japanese culture. This is pretty bad in Kyoto,Osaka, Kobe.

I think korean shabu shabu is much better. The initial broth looks very simple and lack flavor. No doubt all the ingredients are high quality, but seems pretty bland to me. Maybe if they added spicy miso with the seaweed to flavor the broth ten it would taste a lot better. The Korean version has way better broth, but thats my opinion.

It was cooked. It is almost as thin as paper. It cooks fast. The only reason thy it looks raw is because of the broth (soup).

ユトリ世代になって、いよいよ文化的（日本の行儀や形式には全て有義な意味がある）な行儀が形式化したりちゃんと伝わらなくなってるな。　だから海外では、ごはんはタレをかけて食べるとか、訳の分からん事になってるんだよ。　外国人も一部の日本人も、低味覚なら好きなりの食べ方すりゃいいけど、ちゃんとした味わいのできるやり方も知らないと。　外国人は独特の味覚で好きにやってりゃ良いが、日本人はちゃんとやるべき所はみせれないとね。　結局、柔道みたいなことになって、柔道の精神も何も知らないヤツラが「海外のルールが世界の柔道の常識」って事になってしまう。　意味の解らない人はどっちでも良いだろうが、その行為の意味・思想が理解できてる人からすれば、残念でならない。　若年層世代は、親が日本文化無知で可哀想だとは思うが、がんばって日本を学んで欲しい。

Why people in Tokyo puts their own chopstick to the pan? West Japanese such as Kyoto, Osaka , Kobe people much care about such a primitive behavior. They never puts own chopstick to the pan because it's disgusting. Tokyo people should use common chopstick for the pan. 東京人汚いな。鍋にみんなが箸突っ込むのって西日本ではタブーなんだけどな。
