Oh the places I want to visit now. You do such a lovely job sharing your travels.

Thank you so much Sherry! I do love creating "home movies" for us to look back at, it's a bit more challenging when I'm trying to share ones without my family in it...apparently I take a lot of video and photos with them in it! Always doing something peculiar too! 😆 Glad that I could share some of my experiences here! 😊💕Louise

Thank you so much for watching Ros! I wish I could go to Japan with you! I kept seeing things thinking...Ros would love this! Thank you for the compliment on my watercolour doodles...I really love when I can include them in my journal. So much more relaxed about them for some reason! 😆💕Louise

Those castles are breathtaking. Also I always love your content. You are quickly becoming one of my favorite KZbinrs ❤

Awww...Judi, thank you so much, that's very kind of you! The castles were so lovely but we tried to only pick a few out so we wouldn't get castled-out! I was happy with our selection as each was very unique in its own way. Which was your favourite? 😃💕Louise

Lovely. Really enjoyed watching your trip memories. I don’t miss the weather in Europe much, but do miss the beautiful old and varied architecture. Loved all your hand drawings and paintings. It’s so nice to look back and enjoy good trips isn’t it?

Thank you so much Lyn. You are absolutely right, looking back on good trips are most of my favourite memories, especially those I travelled with my parents, friends and family. Isn't that the saying, travel is the only thing you spend money on that makes you richer? Couldn't agree more! Aaaah the weather, I feel I should have a greater appreciation of the weather we get here...but I do love being cold so much 😆 for someone who lives in a sub-tropical climate I have an unnecessary variety of scarves and jackets 🫣💕

@@coffeeteapaper when I say I don’t miss the weather, I mean the sleet and ice and thick fog. I laugh when people say it’s foggy here. I do miss the cold, and the changes every season. On the other hand autumn, winter and spring in Sydney are usually fabulous! Well jackets don’t wear out here do they - we don’t get to wear them often enough. Lol.

Really enjoyed your video. The Loire Valley is so lovely and I have to agree with you, Chenonceux is stunning…we stayed in Blois and visited the area over 50 years ago…happy memories! So lovely to see your journal with all the bits and bobs you collected and your sketches and paintings. X

Time to go back Jean!! 😃 Thank you for watching and I wonder did you think it had changed all that much from when you last visited? We journalers do love our bits and bobs don't we!? 😆 I get so excited when a business has an actual business card!! 💕Louise

@@coffeeteapaper oh yes …. I was asked if I wanted a Loyalty Card in a coffee shop in Cornwall where I was unlikely to visit again as we were only there for the day! I was about to explain this when the journal light came on in my head! 😁 so now the pretty card from The Twisted Currant is in my travel journal 🤣
