Hey planner pals. I said I'd show the 'after' for my discbound travel junk journal and here it is completed. I used a few leaflets and packaging picked up over the trip for the pages. Plus I'll also share some photos of our England trip and discuss what we did and how I adapted this mini Happy Planner to a travel journal.

Loved watching your trip. And it gave me a great idea to do this for special occasions . I take pics and grab brochures but I’ve never put them in a journal. Love it ❤

Love it! I just came back from a 3,000 mile Road Trip from FL to Maine and back. I had a hard bound journal with me. But using a disc bound is a great idea! Next trip I'll use a disc bound. Love the way you put in all the things you collected during the trip.

Thanks! Yep, I love the feel of hard bound, but there is so much I don't like about them! I want to add/take out pages, and they don't lie flat. I love disc though! Glad I inspired you to try discbound!

I saw one of those self-cleaning machines at Walmart and I thought it was so creepy! The Walmart one was huge and just seemed to be everywhere. It would stop when it came close to someone or something but it would also change direction on its own. 😬 My last big trip was pre-Covid to Spain/Portugal and I picked up so much stuff that I still have sitting in a bag. Your travel journal has given me a much better idea of what to do with all those tickets/brochures/photos/etc!

Oh I am so happy you got some inspiration from this Veronica! Yep the machines are super creepy! Kinda reminded me of the Daleks from Dr Who lol! This is the future though... not sure I like it! But it can come clean MY FLOORS at home LMAO!
