It`s really cheap, between 5-10 euros depending on the class you chose.

Do you mean the bus station? Actually, I am not Estonian, simply have travelled by bus from Tallin to Riga (capital of Latvia). You have to google such things. All info is there.

The web site instructions point you don't need one and just have to show your ID. However, I did see the driver asking for the printed e- ticket before. You should probably have one printed just in case. Safe travels!
