Travel PH: Maniwaya Island, Marinduque

A weekend spent in Maniwaya Island, Marinduque (April 15-17)
New experience: first time to ride RoRo/ferry, slept on a cold metal floor, had meals enough for 5 for people but only worth P150. I was able to meet few people on this island that are laid back, honest, hard-working and always happy. Buwis buhay experience: rode a 6-seater tiny boat from Marinduque to Quezon Province on the way back, fighting the waves.
No detailed plans, we just rode a bus one typical Friday night after work, searched for blogs for tips/guide... The #WeekendWarriors succeeded!
