Travel Trailer Episode 8 - We have a problem!

I have discovered an issue with the RV, and unless I find a solution, it could jeopardize our Route 66 Travel Plan.

Salam brother . I had conversation with my turkish friend about the roof seal issue and roof popping up at high speed .He owned the camper for over 20 years and has experience of tire being blown , bearing grease packing , break controller (important ) for your camper electeric brakes which you can adjust or syc the break system.Acoding to him if you have tow package it is easy install or Uhaul can install it for 60$.The way it works is when you hit brakes then camper breaks should not engage very fast otherwise you burn the tires.If you do not have the break controller then going down hill you will probably use the low gear for braking this will heat up the transmission .Long journey the camper tires should not be two years old. Stability sway bars ( 39$) easy to install which will prevent fish tailing .If grease caps has no refill nozel then you can replace the Tandem axle bearing caps with the one has nozel.Around 3000 miles you grease packing is reommended .Spare tires needed because by the time you will know the tire flat it will explode and not repairable..Orang west ,flash light and some triangle reflectors if working on road shoulder for visibility still be very carefull .Famiiliarize issue of Jack Knife and fish tailing . Please if you can make Vlog of the camper axle , bearing caps , transmission cooler etc. He also recommend the RV Designer E316 Camper latch 15$ two of them on front outsid .If you decide that please install epoxy underneath of lactch for stronger ground and bigger washer size inside the camper for securing the latch .The roof popping up can be very dangerous .Also please donot ignore the Stabililger sway bar .Strong winds are normal here and it will help avoiding fish tailling. There are software based solutions at the editing stage to enhance sound, but not all can be eliminated. Some sounds are essential to give the viewer a sense of the surroundings, so I personally am not in favour of eliminating all sounds.

As they say, Jamal, there are no stupid questions or suggestions 😊 Latches on the outside seem an obvious solution but they can create other problems down the line. Fiberglass is brittle and punching holes, riveting or screwing things into it should be avoided. And there are some more reasons too for keeping this solution (outside latches) as a last resort.

اگلی ویڈیوز نھی دیکھی ابھی مجھے آئیدیا نھی آپ نے کیا حل کیا لیکن اگر میں آپکی جگہ ہوتا تو فرنٹ پر اس چھت کے سامنے وائزر لگا دیتا اور اندر سے کیبل ٹائی سے چھت کی جس کنچی کو آپ نے لوبریکنٹ کیا تھا اسکو باندھ دیتا اور جب کھولنی ہوتی چھت تو کیبل ٹائی کاٹ دیتا کام ٹپانے کا پاکستان طریقہ لیکن آپ نے کیا حل نکالا اسکا دیکھتا ہوں اگلی ویڈیو میں امید ہے اگلی ویڈیو اسی کا دوسرا پارٹ ہوگا یہ نہ ہو آپ پھر سے چھ مہینے کے لیے غائیب ہوگیے ہوں😅😅
