Try eating boiled sweet potatoes (With skin) with the vegetables and meat instead of avoiding carbs completely. Also eat vegetables first then the meals to help quick digestion.,. Avoid sugar in the morning on an empty stomach. Try for a month and let me know.

​@@jaelofthevillage the only thing you completely a void is white ugali. Mix 90% 0f atta wheat and use 10% white wheat only for binding. The mandazi/cakes you eat for 4 pm tea or dessert and not breakfast. breakfast you can take boiled maize, sweet potatoes, nduma with black tea(avoid sugar completely since it will make you feel hungry. Eat ugali from sorghum, millet, cassava, eat matoke, just go completely tradition, avoid blending fruits and vegetable, also eat within 8 hours allow the body to rest remaining 16 hrs. Do long quick walks, digging to stretch access flesh
