We just got back from our Sandals Royal Barbados trip and it was well worth the wait. (after rescheduling twice because of the Pandemic.) We had a great time. We live in Colorado and there are no direct flights for us. We flew to Boston, MA and stayed with family and celebrated my Dad's 87th Birthday. It was great to see the whole family during our stay. We saw them again after our trip as well, before we flew home. Our Club Level Room ( # 10101) was the furthest away from everything and was very quiet. We had our own waterfall feature right outside our swim up room. We had most of our meals on the Sandals Barbados side so we walked a lot. We didn't mind, we needed to walk off some of the calories that we consumed. The food was delicious. We went to Cafe de Paris almost every evening for dessert & took them back to our room & had them with a cup of tea. The Oatmeal Raisin , Chocolate Chip and the Peanut Butter Cookies are so yummy. I took a few with me for the flight back to Boston. We want to go back again and stay for 2 weeks. One week just wasn't enough. Just started to really relax and it was time to leave. It really is a very beautiful place and we look froward to returning again to Sandals Royal Barbados and Sandals Barbados in the future. This was our third trip to a Sandals Property (Ocho & Grande St Lucian). I would like to try Sandals Grenada as well.

Seen many vlogs on Barbados but this by far the BEST one on Sandals Barbados. We went in Oct 2018 for our anniversary (not Sandals) and got a taste of a tropical storm. Nicely put together video. On the all inclusive... was there anything you couldn't access without paying extra... or could i get away with only bringing a few £ or $ for tipping staff.. and buying holiday tatt for family members?

Total Bummer! We should be there in Barbados right now (3/6-3/13/2021), but because of the pandemic had to reschedule for March 2022. Really looking forward to being able to travel freely again with no restrictions. I hope that you and your husband Tim will be able to go on your trip in September for your 3rd Wedding Anniversary. @@BrittMarieBox Hello Britt; It is a bummer that you and Tim had to change your plans to visit Barbados this month for your Anniversary. We wish you and Tim a Happy 3rd Wedding Anniversary. Since my husband Andy has a suppressed immune system due to an autoimmune disease, we will not be able to go in March 2022 either. Moved our trip to March 2023. It really is sad but it is not safe for us to travel by air at this time. Who would think when you were planning your trip in 2019 that the whole world would change in a instant. Hopefully someday soon in the future the world will get back to normal, although it may be a new normal. You and Tim, stay strong, healthy and safe both mentally and physically.

My husband Andy (who is a Brit) and I am (American) are going to Sandals Royal Barbados in March 2021 for our 30th Wedding Anniversary. I was wondering, we are staying in a South Seas Swim Up Club Level Ultra Suite. It appears that this is the quiet side of the resort. Is this true? (Which is what we want.) . We both loved the Walk thru of both properties and this one that highlighted what you and Tim did for your 1st Wedding Anniversary. It is still hurricane season but Barbados is just outside of the hurricane belt and hasn't had an island hit in a really long time. There was one stormy day in the 10 days we were there and the rest of the time was glorious! xx
