I want to see in the case the removal of condition takes too long, whether naturalization takes place faster and that we would get the passport before that.

Thank you so much for the video! I'm sure you mentioned this in another video but what are all the fees for this process? Is it just the $750 for i-751 + Biometrics appt. fee? Even if the Biometrics appt. gets waived, we have to pay for it? Thank you in advance!

Hi, I have I-797 receipt as you showed for 48 months. Do I also need N 400 application receipt as well if I am traveling to abroad? I am living in US for 2 years and 5 months on GC for 2 years but I applied for I-751to remove the Conditions on my GC and got the approved receipt notice I-797. Also, As per the eligibility criteria for N400 application receipt, my stay in US should be minimum 3 years.

@parul420 I have traveled with my 48-month extension letter, my expired green card, along with my valid passport. My recent travel to mexico, however, was a bit different because they don't accept the I797 notice and expired green card. You will need to apply for a mexican visa.

Hi kseniya I applied for the párole in place and my husband got the appointment for biometrics but his work permit gets expire 1 day after biometrics day my question is I’ve been seeing they do an interview for PIP? I’m just concerned how or what we can do if his Driver license is expire😬 also they ask for an g28 application should I be concerned or not because we filled out ourselves
