Qutb Minar Delhi 🇮🇳 Beautiful India

Built in the early 13th century a few kilometres south of Delhi, the red sandstone tower of Qutb Minar is 72.5 m high, tapering from 2.75 m in diameter at its peak to 14.32 m at its base, and alternating angular and rounded flutings. The surrounding archaeological area contains funerary buildings, notably the magnificent Alai-Darwaza Gate, the masterpiece of Indo-Muslim art (built in 1311), and two mosques, including the Quwwatu'l-Islam, the oldest in northern India, built of materials reused from some 20 Brahman temples. It's Dhruv Stumbh. Please correct its name. There are serveral carvings in it that point out the fact that it is Indian piece of architecture.

It's not built but converted by destroying Hindu Jain temples. Many Idols were found here on excavation and it's in National museum in Delhi.

if islamic architecture was totally different from the indian architecture and was ''alien'' to india as it is popularly propagated, where did islamic architecture get its most popular element i-e pointed arches from? The pointed arches were completely alien to west asian and roman/european architecture before the islamic architecture made them popular element. secondly minarets were completely alien to west asian and roman architecture as well, and didn't appear in early islamic architecture, where did they all originate? if you observe central asian and chinese brick pagodas you will get your answer.

its not Islamic tower ,it is converted into Islamic tower by adding urdu carvings on it which doesn't mean anything property ...there are flowers and bells carved on it which is against islam

It's Dhruv Stumbh, not Qutub Minar. There are several carvings in the monument which proves that it's an Indian piece of architecture.
