Rest is a great word for the rest of the year. I have been slacking on self care and I’m feeling it. Taking care of oneself is SO important.

Hi Amy! Love the ease of the new setup. My partner was recently diagnosed with cancer so we’ve been doing a lot of sitting with what is. It’s one of those things that alternately overwhelms and invites introspection and clarity. It’s such a delight to watch you create. I’ve been leaning into creating and resting to ground myself and stay present for my children as we navigate all the intricacies we’re confronting. The word describing what I’m seeking for the rest of the year is ease. It’s been so full. I’m inviting more rest, more being and less doing. Sending you all the best for your birth and postpartum. I hope you have the support you want and have a safe, empowered and consensual birth experience. ❤️

The one word that keeps me and my family strong and moving forward is “Gratitude”. I would encourage everyone to make a note of every little tiny thing that brings gratitude. From gratitude for making it through the day, to gratitude for a learning experience from a failed art/crafting session. 💖🧼😷🌈🏴👩🏻🦼

my word for the rest of the year is ACTION. i'm in a place where i've been doing a lot of planning and getting ready, but I need to start doing. Use the supplies I have to make things instead of just hoarding them and waiting for the "right moment." reaching out to friends instead of thinking every day "oh I need to text emma". and I'm already signed up to be a poll worker on election day so instead of staring at the news all day, i'll be doing something.

Oh I love that Caroline. Taking inspired action needs to happen on the daily to feed our creative souls!

Love ur new setup Amy & so glad it will help u 2 make new content 4 us!! Thx lovely!! U look radiant by the way!! Rest is something I’ve had to force myself to rest since my Stroke in 2011 - my fatigue levels r still crazy high & daily naps have helped me get thru my day with busy Teenagers. I’m grateful for my new perspective on rest & recharge post stroke. I was always on the go pre stroke & almost prided myself on that ... if only I could have learnt my lesson without having had the stroke!! 🤦🏻♀️😜😘But that’s ok ... I’m really gr8 now & have come a long way with my new perspective. Thx 4 inspiring us all & keep taking your rest time - it’s soooo important!! Big love Amy!! X

Cute video. Need to be refreshed on how to be creative in my own TN. I have a question though. Your TNs seem to be a bit larger than the ones I have, specifically from the Travelers Notebook company (Old midori). Would you mind sharing the actual size? I look at your website size but didn’t see the sizes listed. Thanks!
@amytangerine4 жыл бұрын
They are the same size as the standard Traveler's Notebook. About 4.25 x 8.25

YES! It will be undated, so I think it will offer more flexibility for people and will be revealed in a couple weeks. It was supposed to be last week but there are COVID delays :(
