BUYING FISH LIKE a LOCAL at MAKASSAR'S BUSIEST MARKET 🇮🇩

Who doesn’t love going to markets?!? How about a fish market? Join us as we make our way to the Lelong Patere Fish Market in Makassar. This is the busiest market we have been to! This market was hoppin’ and we got swept right up in it. We bought fresh red snapper and prawns and then walked half a block to the Warung Hj Ramlah restaurant to have them grilled to perfection. The fish market was so busy and we met so many fun people. At the restaurant, we enjoyed our lunch, relaxed and cooled off, as well as took a break from the crowds. If you are in South Sulawesi, Indonesia, be sure to visit this market.

@@BagsPackedFamily if you visit balikpapan in kalimantan try to visit depot miki .it is a famous restaurant with reasonable price.maybe you can get some discount cos the the husband of the owner's daughter is also a teacher.it just takes more or less half hour from the airport.most taxi drivers know the plc.when you get there just meet a woman named mary.she is the boss n i think she will give you some discount.i will tell her about you.there are delicious buns and milk coffee served there.also black coffee and coffee with tea

There's another fish market in Rajawali Street. It's closer to losari beach and the acces is not as crowd as this paotere fish market. It's a good experience though. Happy exploring..

And Kings crab in side of harbour of juneau... But at last visit juneau has many changging... A little warmer...and more crowded... I Miss juneau when my first time visit ...arround 10 years ago... Everything is natural .. And the legend shop that I love to visit..."the Tongas" hahaha... That Shop is old....haha. So many memory in Alaska .. Playing soccer in sitka with the locals.. Pasar Ikan is basically a wholesalers market, they sell in bulk to restaurants, hotel, caterers and retailers who in turn sells to neighborhood market. Buying 5 prawns? You should no better. And you and family became the attraction since no tourists come. You want to eat at a market go to Muara Karang Fish Market in Jakarta, but mind you, you share the aisle with big tuna, other fish.
